About us…
At Harper Fairweather Coaching we are passionate about promoting and sharing the transformative power of coaching.
PWC conducted a survey for the ICF (2025) which found that the average ROI on the cost of an executive coach can be up to x7.
We know that coaching inspires at all levels and truly believe that anyone with a growth mindset can experience a transformational shift, this modality needn’t be reserved for executive level alone.
We support your employees with coaching through transition phases, such as returning to work from maternity leave, long term sickness or starting a new role. Additionally when people appear stuck and repeating the same patterns that aren’t working - HarperFairweather Coaching ensures that you as an employer show your commitment to staff wellbeing and the value you place value in their ongoing engagement.
Businesses who have happy and valued employees are more productive and more profitable. This is a fact. Just take a look at The Times ‘Best Places to Work’. There is a pattern!
Our coaching can help unblock thinking, promote confidence, empower and uncover great ideas. What’s not to love about that?
