Our founder, Julia Fairweather, established Harper Fairweather Ltd having recognised the significant need for Return to Work support and individual Whole Self coaching. Julia leads the individual coaching provision and works with a team of trusted associate coaches to provide scalability when working with companies.

Julia has a background of coaching and mentoring within the Police Service, having led on welfare reform projects; including comprehensive work around returning from maternity leave, baby loss, career breaks and sickness absence. In addition she was a key player in flexible working initiatives, for which she was awarded a Met Families Commendation.
Julia brings to her coaching, valuable experience of interactions with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and what it means to be an individual. Everyone has their own frame of reference, unique perspective and personal objectives. Trauma informed and with a strong awareness in mental health wellness, Julia helps individuals become grounded and thriving in the present, with future focus and personal growth at the heart of her offering.
In volunteer roles, Julia has held the role of Safeguarding Lead on the Governing Body of a Primary School (Ofsted Good), Co-Chair in a Pre'-School (Ofsted Outstanding), Coach at Riding for the Disabled and currently volunteers with Yes Futures who coach and mentor young people of secondary school age up to 18 years old.
Julia commenced her formal training with Optimus Training Academy, undertaking the Professional Coaching Diploma; which is accredited to Level 2 with the ICF, Practitioner Level with the EMCC and Diploma level with the AC. As stipulated by the ICF, Julia and Associate coaches undertake regular CPD within the field of coaching, continually adding to knowledge and experience. Julia also holds L2 NCFE CACHE Certificate in Understanding Mental Health First Aid and L4 CIPD Police First Line Management.

Marie
Marie has a background in cross-sector leadership and entrepreneurial business management. Marie has gained comprehensive knowledge of young people and contribution towards their positive outcomes. Marie coaches with significant life experience of challenge and growth at the heart of her empathetic approach. Marie is currently training in Somatic Practice alongside her ICF accreditation.

Travis
Travis is an adventurer at heart and brings his passion and zest for life to his coaching practice. Having worked in the education sector for many years, with an MA in Educational Leadership and International Professional Certificate of Senior Leadership, Travis embodies supporting and motivating others to achieve their best. Based in Hong Kong, Travis enables us to assist individuals globally and on varying schedules.

Aneet
Aneet is a Business, Career and Leadership coach with extensive experience as a Senior HR professional. Aneet is also a DISC Practitioner. Aneet is passionate about helping people achieve their potential and she enhances her skillset with strategic knowledge of business.

Drew
Drew brings a warm, reflective approach to coaching. He is also a qualified music teacher and brings his passion and experience of helping people to grow from the inside out. He is a published author of several books and is currently writing his next.

Sharon
Sharon is a Values led, ADHD specialist coach with particular focus in midlife reconnection. She brings the lens of neurodivergence and appreciation of what this means for those navigating later diagnosis. Alongside holding an ICF accredited Associate Coach Diploma, Sharon has also earned a Certificate in in Psychosynthesis Counselling Skills and Professional Development.
