About us…
At Harper Fairweather Coaching we are passionate about promoting and sharing the transformative power of coaching.
We support you as an individual, or your employees, with coaching through transition phases, such as returning to work from maternity leave, long term sickness, starting a new role, or working towards and attaining promotion.
According to The Times ‘Best Places to Work,’ Companies who have valued and happy employees are more productive and more profitable. By working with us, you or your employees will experience feeling valued. Our coaching can help individuals think critically, unblock ‘stuckness’, uncover great ideas, promote confidence and empower. Check out our coaching programmes for businesses or individuals.
We believe that excellent coaching should be available at all levels, not exclusively at executive level where it already receives recognition of the value offered. For example, PWC conducted a survey for the International Coaching Federation (2025) which found that the average ROI on the cost of an executive coach can be up to x7.
The company was formed and is led by Julia Fairweather, who works with trusted Associate Coaches to deliver high quality coaching.
