Our Coaching Programmes
-

Coaching for Employees
We offer a bespoke service. Tailored to your organisation and area of focus, we typically offer each individual four 1-2-1 coaching sessions, plus optional peer-group sessions.
We provide onboarding materials for employees and can enhance our offering with content for your SharePoint sites or equivalent.
We track impact and are able to further enhance our service with Workshops and a Culture Report.
Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
-

Workshops for Managers
Reintegrating from long term absence requires careful consideration to ensure best outcomes for your employee, and the business.
Our coaching workshops compliment your HR department’s expertise in policy and legal requirements by giving managers space to think.
We focus on many of the Power Skills needed in managers - such as empathy, understanding, good communication, leadership and promoting collective intentionality.
Please contact us to discuss how we can help.
-

Culture Report
We provide anonymised summary feedback on recurring themes from the coaching programme and track impact throughout. This insight feeds into your culture plan and helps drive measurable improvement in this critical area of your business.
Please get in touch for more information.
