Discovery Call
A free 20 minute discovery call with Julia Fairweather enables you to ask general questions about coaching or enquire about our own client centred approach.
You can share your current situation and what you’d like to achieve through coaching.
This gives us the opportunity to get to know one another a bit and for you to ascertain whether we are the right fit you, in a coaching partnership.
There is absolutely no obligation to undertake our coaching after the call. We are entirely focussed on what is best for our clients, it is your prerogative to chose what is right for you.

Return to Work Coaching
Returning to work from long term absence, whatever the reason, can be a daunting prospect.
Together we explore your competing priorities and challenges, any anxieties you may have about returning to work, your motivations, your inspiration and your future aspirations.
We offer a program of typically six 1-2-1 coaching sessions, with a balance to suit you, before and after your Return to Work date.
Sessions are 60 minutes in length and take place online via Zoom. Face to face sessions can be arranged within the London area or South East, however they are subject to additional fees.

Whole Self Coaching
Life and mindset coaching tailored to you as a unique individual. No session is the same, just as no two people are.
Led by you, we explore the ‘who’ that makes ‘you’. You will come to understand with greater clarity, what matters most to you and where you can take steps to achieve your desired path.
Within our coaching partnership, we take time to understand your values, your strengths, your sense of self and what ignites your energy and passion.
You might come to a session with a topic in mind, where you will be given the space to think aloud and have your critical thinking encouraged through incisive questions.
Or you might be ‘stuck’ and not know where to start, in which case we can offer exercises to help you focus on what it is that truly resonates as important to you.
